I recently purchased charger 2 fitbit, but I have been having trouble syncing my tracker to my Galaxy s7 edge. I feel like I've tried everything, are there any suggestion other than the help reforms? please thank you.

Seems to be a problem with the Charge HR as well. I almost always have to "force" my Charge HR to sync. Here's what I've had to do. Take your Fitbit and put it on the charger on your computer. Hold the key until it blinks twice. Release the key. Press and hold the key until you see the logo. On your phone, turn off the bluetooth app, reboot your phone which should restart the bluetooth app. If it doesn't turn it back on. Now see if your Fitbit will update. I know it's a process, but I seem to have to do it at least once a week. Good luck!
