Syncing my device

Look, I am having a little bit of trouble with my device, mainly setting up my alarm clock. in the top right hand corner, i cannot get the black fitbit emblem to show and therefore cannot get set up.

 

Recently i had bother with the fact that Fitbit was running in the back ground and I had to turn fit bit off.

I have since turned everything back on, but still unable to sync or get properly into FitBit.

I am using a Samsung S7

Let me help you set up your Fitbit and get it working correctly. I will also be moving this thread to the Android board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

From what you are saying it seems like you are trying to run the setup. Have you tried following the instructions listed in this help article? They should definitely help to get it to pair.

 

If you have, then I'd like to take a closer look at what is it that you are seeing. Could you share some screenshots? That would help me find the best way to move forward in here.

All that I did was to turn off fitbit, as I could not stop it running in the background.

I have since turned it back on, with no results

I have been a member since Dec 2013.

I cannot get into my sleep records, or any other as I cannot sync it with my phone. Samsung s7
