I think this is a problem with corrupted Bluetooth settings. Delete your Fitbit from Bluetooth, log back in and the problem fixes, for me at least.

Oke-doke. I don't have an Android Tablet, just a phone, but I figure the process should be the same.
First, open settings. You should see the "Wireless and Networks" section near the top, and "Bluetooth" should be in there. Click on "Bluetooth."
You should see a section that says "Paired Devices" and your Fitbit should be under that, and you should see a gear to the far right. Clicking that gear should bring up a balloon that lists your Fitbit by name and then has a "Forget" button and an "OK" button. Click "Forget", turn your Bluetooth off and then back on and open Fitbit and try syncing. It did the trick for me, hope it does for you!

Hi. I have the same problem my fit bit will not sync with my galaxy S6 although I didn't have problems up until a few weeks ago. I have tried what you suggest but now Bluetooth does not even recognise my fit bit!

@mzeigle @TEE33 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend checking this syncing master post in which you will find some syncing troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.
Also, you can try the steps provided by @Scott_ that should help as well!
Try that out and let me know how it goes! ![]()
