I recently got a lg g7 thinq phone. My fitbit one was working and for some reason stopped syncing this morning. I tried doing what I've read to do; restart phone, delete app and redownload; delete device and reconnect. Nothing worked and now I can't connect my devise at all. Please help!
Moderator edit: Clarified subject
I got the charge 3 for my birthday on 2-3, and have had zero issues syncing with my LG G7 thinq. I have wanted the versa for quite some time now. I am very athletic, and it does everything I want and need . ... Though it still not work with my phone. Fitbit has come so far, why can't they fix the few bugs inside the app to make it selectively compatible? I want to spend my money, yet Fit won't allow it.
Best AnswerCant believe it... This worked for me! Even though i factory reset the Ionic, it was still connecting to my old phone. Not a good experience, Fitbit!

Best AnswerThe same thing happened to me for 3months it worked fine. It reset itself to factory. I called and was told by customer support that's my phone is not compatible. They said they can use the warranty but what good is that if it's not compatible with my phone

Best AnswerGood morning JuanJo, i purchased the Inspire HR yesterday and I'm going to see if that works. I did try to connect it it wouldn't do the update but it seems to be connecting. I'm unsure of how to do an update from my laptop. Are you able to help me?
