Syncing with a Andorid Turbo version 5.3

This is crazy!  Why is it so difficult to sync.  I have to "add" my tracker to my Droid at least once a day to get it to sync.  I have spent hours online chatting with the FitBit techs and still have issues.  Surges are way to expensive to have these constant problems.  I have rebooted everything about 10 times, uninstalled the app several times, turned Bluetooth on and off multiple times.  Any other suggstions?  Thank you!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @allbright2004! I hope you're doing great! 

Let me help you with this, I recommend you the following troubleshooting steps in order to get it fixed. 

 

- Log out from the app
- Reboot your mobile device
- Restart your tracker (2 or 3 times in a row)
- Log back in
- Set it up as a new device

I did the steps exactly has you have them listed, the tracker synced immediately but the wouldn't sync anymore.

Hey there @allbright2004! It's a shame to hear that your tracker still not syncing, I recommend you contacting Support so they can review your device history and check your options.
