My fitbit all of a sudden will not sync to my galaxy or kindle says " tracker nor found "

Plug your charge into the charger, hold down button for 10 seconds or so to restart the fit bit. My now syncs to phone.

Is your phone Android or IPhone? Mine is a Galaxy S5 And I read on some other forums to try the following things:


1) Make sure location is turned on

2) Power off phone, wait 30 seconds, power back on

3) Reset fit bit while plugged into charger

4) Add fit bit as a replacement devise.

Resetting the fit bit finally worked for me. Good luck
