I have a Charge 2 and samsung J3. Tracker seems to be working ok but it hasn't synced to the app since 22.12pm on 04/15/17. This means I've no recorded data for 3 days! If I un-install the app then re-install it will I lose all previous stats?

No, all your stats are held on the fitbit servers (apart from the data not yet synced on your Charge 2) so they are perfectly safe.
The problem may be with the Charge 2. It's worth trying a restart using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work. There are more ideas to help solve syncing problems in this help file: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866

Over the last week, my Charge HR has stopped syncing regularly with my phone. I have tried all the suggestions in the Help Articles, and the only thing that works is restarting my phone. And then a few days later it stops syncing again. Is anyone else having this problem?
