I am having problems syncing my Alta HR. It randomly syncs at odd times then won't sync for days. Useless for tracking activity! I keep getting a message saying Bluetooth is turned off- it isn't. I have tried turning Bluetoothl off and on. Turned the phone off and on and reset everything - using the procedures on the website. Tried doing it on my computer Nothing works.
This has been a problem for at least 4 weeks. Now i am seriously considering putting it in the garbage bin.

It does get tedious, I agree....but I find it does eventually sync.
Sometimes I have to turn WiFi off in order to get it to sync.
Other times, restarting the tracker and/or phone resolves the problem.
Either way, I think what actually works is patience...as doing nothing, except repeatedly trying to sync for 15 to 30 minutes also works, generally.

to sync for 15 - 30 minutes (don't think we should have to do that).
I still have the problem.
