Has anyone had it gave issues with syncing? I'm doing everything I'm suppose to do but for the past three days I'm not able to sync. Can anyone tell me if there's an issue with FITBIT or maybe I need to get a new Fitbit.

Unfortunately, syncing problems happen from time to time - often for no apparent reason. The usual things to try are:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
- if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com

Hi Thanks for the tips. I've had a nightmare trying to get my Charge 2 to sync the last 10 days (about). Restarting the phone is just about the only thing I haven't done! Did it a moment ago and actually got the sync going through.
Could this be something to do with the update (for a better user experience (?)) - I noted that the Error message now has a nice little girl on it, but no real helpful tip - It was pretty evident that the tracker had to be connected with app! But no help or tip to what to do, just a push button Okey.

thing technical goes array and my children are not around I go into instant
panic mode.
I appreciate the rapid responses they are truly welcomed.
