Have a Charge 3. Having issues getting it to sync with my Samsung phone. Any ideas?

My Inspire HR loses contact with the app daily. In order to get it to sync I have to either turn Bluetooth off and on (which works some of the time), or restart my phone. The Inspire shows as connected via Bluetooth, but the Fitbit app just says "looking for device."
This started with the last app update. It needs to be fixed.

I have exactly the same issue with my Versa. Everything else using Bluetooth continues to work fine on my phone, its only Fitbit that fails. I have to restart Bluetooth and force close Fitbit to wake it, or restart my phone. Fails randomly anywhere between 6 hours to 2 days. Utterly disappointing.

I'm seriously thinking of rolling back to versions 2.x of the Fitbit app.
Versions 3.x seem to mess things up with like ...everything !
