I can't get my Inspire HR to sync. The PC app says bonding failed and my phone app can't find the device even though it's sitting right beside it. Last sync was early this morning.

Hi @naniq I dont know a great deal about syncing with pc's, but what phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List ?
Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems

I'm also having issues since last night.
It seems that the sync fails for like 4-5 hours and then all of a sudden, or after a lot of manual tries it succeeds.
I never had issues in the past. It all started with the 3.8 version of the app.
2 or 3 consecutive phone restarts also help sometimes.
But this is not an issue with our phones or our bands. This is the app's fault.
Just my 2 cents.

Seems to be working now. Still have unanswered with the sleep icon being grey out though. 😞

I have a samsung. Never have issues before. It seems to have corrected itself. 🙂
