Syncing

My Fitbit has stopped syncing with the app on my phone. I've tried turning off Bluetooth, restarting my phone but nothing has worked. Also, the steps section of the dashboard on the app has disappeared!! Any advice, please?

@sharonmag, what indication are you getting on the app when you try to manually sync the tracker? If you have WiFi enabled on the phone, have you tried turning it off and then syncing?

I have tried turning wifi off too, but it doesn't make a difference. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

Almost all my friends have the same syncing issues ( if it syncs it syncs partially or you get sync error ) on Android app , can someone in the Fitbit Andriod App development team please fix the sync issues once and for all. Thank YOU !!
