I am really fed up with my Fitbit alta never syncing. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing works. Because of it not syncing it doesn't calculate all my steps so I am always behind my friends during challenges. It is safe to say I will not be buying another Fitbit after this one goes.

So unhappy 😠😠

HI @Juck. Have you tried restarting your Alta? (Tap here for instructions) or contacting Support? The Alta HR is one of my favorite Fitbit devices. Hopefully they can get you going again.
