Finally got my Fitbit Charge 2 and it isn't allowing me to sync with my phone which is a Samsung7 Edge. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, as well as trying to use my laptop. I see that others are having the issue. Is this planned to be resolved faster?? Because this is not really acceptable.

Same problem. I am using ionic with xiaomi mi8. Was working last night.
