Losing the will to live in getting synchronisation. .why are we paying fortunes for technology and it's not up to scratch with its promises :(😡😕😯😥😤😣😧😴😩😒😞😔😭😓 some one get it sorted

@crystaltips05 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Fitbit device isn't syncing with your phone. Which phone do you have? Is it compatible?

You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Just realized mine hasn't synced in a few days. Doesn't suprise me anymore. Won't be buying a new Fitbit when this one dies. Every time there's an update something goes wrong

Ready to throw phone and fitbit out of the window😢 I am totally fed up of following the same procedures and getting nowhere. .all my pals with more tech savvy than me have given up too
