I wear my pixel watch 4 every night and day and can see all of the metrics being recorded for weeks.
Target load doesn't show anything. Daily readiness did the same for weeks, then it started showing a day late. Now it's the target load that doesn't show at all. It gives the message about waiting 7 days even though I can the data from 7 days and longer.
I've restarted the app, signed in, signed out, uninstalled, installed a new version, force quit the app, talked to the support team, restarted all the devices, nothing is working. This app is so full of bugs it's almost useless. If it worked it would be great but all the data is constantly messing up.
