Text Message and Call Issues on Versa

Hi,

 

I recently started using my Versa again and for the first couple days it worked great. Now, it won't notify me when I receive a text message or call.

 

I receive notifications from every other app I want (Snapchat, Messenger, Gmail) but my texts and calls are not coming through. I have checked the Fitbit app and made sure my watch is connected and synced, that notifications are turned on and set to the default apps, and on my phone notifications are on and high priority. I'm not sure why it is not working, as I believe I have tried everything to fix it.

 

I have a Galaxy S10. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is an issue some S10 users are experiencing that Fitbit is working on. 

I'm moving your android question out of the hardware board.
