I hope someone can help me. I just got my Fitbit Charge 2 and my calls and text messages wont show up. I have a samsung galaxy 6s. Please help

Welcome to the Community @ksako1971! Please make sure that you have all these requirements and that you set up your notifications properly. Samsung S6 is a supported app so you should receive them. Are you not getting any notifications at all? Have you received notifications? Do you have Bluetooth on?

I'm a new Blaze user. I have a Samsung Note 4. How do I sync the text and voice option? It's not starting automatically. My steps and activity are recording fine.

Welcome to the Community @BlazeMom! You need to follow this set up procedure in order to have notifications working properly. It's completely different steps than syncing data.

hello i ave a samsung galaxy 5s n i get calls to my fitbit but dosnt say names it just says unknown n ive to press the button to see n i no it should say who is calling

Welcome to the Community @tigerjan! Please make sure that you have the contact saved in your phone, so it can properly show name in your tracker. If it's but not showing then please log out forget your tracker in your phone's Bluetooth and do the linking procedure again.

@SilviaFitbitThe question was in regards to the CHARGE 2 notifications not working with the Samsung Galaxy S6.
The response and all replys on this are all related to the BLAZE.
Can you please give information regarding the CHARGE 2? I am having the same issue. Notifications worked for the first 2 days, then stopped. Have tried all of the troubleshooting instructions I can find & nothing seems to work

Welcome to the Community @Shayshay67! Thanks for the feedback. I would like you to push the button in your Charge 2 and make sure the notifications are on, so you can receive them. After this, please try the following steps in this article My tracker isn't receiving notifications from my Android mobile device.
If you're still not able to receive notifications. Please contact Customer Support so they can further investigate it.
