I am unable to receive text notifications on my Charge 2 from my Galaxy s9. Is there a patch I keep to install?

Out of no where my text notifications started working again on my Gakaxy 9. They were not working since June 27. Horray!!

In December I had no problems getting/answering texts but have updated to a newer phone.
Currently the latest OS for the GalaxyS9 is no longer supported.. Do not delete the fitbit app, you will not be able to reinstall
I would say to set the texts up again, this always worked for me.

@Rich_Laue - I found this for the latest Fitbit App version
Which says Android 8.0 and conflicts with the Device compatibility with Fitbit which says 10.
My Samsung S9+ runs Android 10, the S9 will also support 10.
It is good to warn users not to uninstall in case they can't reinstall the Fitbit App.
@GETTINGFITAT56- you may also need to restart the watch and phone. This often fixes issues such as this, or clear the storage cache and force stop the Fitbit App.

Yes I'm sure that the S9 will support 10, however being a 4 year old phone, not many cell providers are going to offer this. Upgrade
