My Charge 3 does notify me that I have a txt message on my Samsung S10+ but does not show the message.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this inconvenience? Are you receiving phone call notifications without any issue? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi Ricardo, my Fitbit does receive notifications that I have a text message.  The problem is that my Fitbit does not display the actual txt msg...only that I have one.  And yes, I do receive both phone notifications and email notifications to include the actual email itself.

I forgot to mention...I have had my Fitbit for 1 month.  During that time it has never displayed the actual text message and/or who it was from.  The Fitbit only displays a notification that I have a text message.

Thanks for the details that were shared in your response. To move forward with this and because you're using a Samsung Galaxy S10+, can you please let me know if your mobile device is running Android 10 or Android 9? We are currently aware of an issue that's affecting the notifications feature on mobile devices that are running Android 10, therefore, I recommend you to check this thread for more information about it.
