Is there a way to receive text on fitbit charge hr

Welcome to the Forums @landp! At this time getting texts notifications is not possible in the Fitbit Charge HR. You should take a look to this feature request and give it your vote to show support. That is the forum Fitbit uses to gauge peoples interest in changes to their products.
