I recently switched from an iphone to a samsung note 10+ and ever since then my charge 3 isn't receiving texts or calls. I have done all the trouble shooting articles and even disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit on the app but still nothing. All notifications are set to be synced from my phone to fitbit. The app doesn't need updating. Anyone else having this problem?
