Since having a new phone my text and call notifications aren't coming through. I have a Charge 2 and S7. The watch is switched on to receive notifications. Any help much appreciated!

I have an oppo A57 and my friend has an iphone 6, as of today,  neither of our notifications are going through to out fitbit flex 2's i believe it is an app issue,  reinstalling the app and shutting down the phones has not resolved the issue
