Tiles don't remain in their position

I am usingthe  Android version 3.1 app on my Samsung Galaxy 8 plus. The dashboard is not arranged the way I want it but when I rearrange the tiles on my dashboard the way I want them, the next time I log into the app, it has gone back to the default arrangement.

 

Am I missing a step which will make the changes stay put, or is this a feature/bug in the app dashboard?

Hi @rjacobs46, welcome on board. It's good that the community is growing!

Thanks for providing details of your phone, as well for bringing this to my attention. Just to confirm, do you have the new dashboard with the 3 options at the bottom? If so, may I know with what tiles that happened?

If you've not done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back to the previous screen and tap on force stop.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and try editing your tiles one more time.
