A few days ago my clock lost 7 minutes, then 4 minutes, now 7 again? Now I lost an entire day on my dashboard. Any suggestions?

So that I can better understand the situation, what do you mean by 'lost a day'? Is the date incorrect or was no information logged on a specific day?
In the meantime, I'd recommend that you try to restart your Fitbit whenever you notice that something is off. What tracker are you using? I'd like to provide you the instructions to do so.
