Why is the time on my fitbit 3 minutes faster then my phone? I cannot adjust either!

Hello @Eva1976, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! In this case the time of your tracker is managed by the timezone configuration of your Fitbit account.

So first try to restart your tracker. If you need additional steps, take a look at this post to restart the Charge 2. I saw on your community profile you have paired this tracker, if you have a different one let me know.

Also make sure you have set the correct time of your location by going to you Account Tab and scroll down to the Advanced settings. Here if you have the correct location, try to change to a different one, sync and then go back to the original timezone and sync again. Other solution is to set this to automatic timezone.

If the issue persists keep me posted. See you around!

I had the same problem and it turns out it was actually the phone's time that was inaccurate. I had to go to Settings and enable "Network-provided time" instead of Custom.
