Hi Using Alta HR on Samsung S6. Since a few days the topics sleep, resting heartbeat, water intake and hourly activity do not show the result on the dasboard. Only when I open the detail. What is the issue and can you fix this so I can see the results in my dasboard again.

Hello @NatalieDi.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

The first thing I'd like to ask is that you take a screenshot of what you are seeing on the dashboard and then share it in here. That should help me better understand what is happening.

 

In the meantime let's try to log out and force close the app. Then open the app again and log back in. IT is possible that the data is not being downloaded or the app is stuck. This will force the app to reload all details and should display accurately.
