@HeydyF. Is it possible to have a logical  sequencing events when a tracker syncs via the Android.

I have it syncing immediately on the Android and other times it just sits there syncing and this is within an environment of 4 computers, WiFi and neighbors WiFi.  So successful and unsuccessful.

I get the messages, fitbit.com not found, but at the same time the Challenges arrive via the 4G mobile network and update my data on the phone.

Then I will get Tracker not found but I have just synced to the PC and now I'm outside away from the PC.

I have tried every tip possible and this is currently with my 2 x Blazes, Surge x 2 and 2 x Charge HR.

So we have good and bad days.

My App is the latest and I'm waiting for the Blaze update to hit Australia but I don't believe that will fix this issue

So my sequencing at the moment is

1. Sync on the Android

2. The Blaze Icon appears

3. Then it displays the last time it synced which is obviuosly from the fitbit.com and then it just goes round and round.

4. I move away from any interference, it still goes on and on

5. I turn the Fitbit off and it still goes round and round and it doesn't say "Cant find Tracker".

I give up... Come inside and sync through the PC.

Occasionally it will not find the Tracker or I have a message that a sync is scheduled.

My Android is a Sony Z1 and I keep WiFi turned off..

So as I finish this, in my home environment, it is 7-30 am California time, 12:30am Melbourne time Australia.

The phone did an immediate sync.....That is my dilemma, it can take hours to get a logical sync and then the next time it occurs within seconds including the HR display.

@HeydyF Amazing, between my earlier post and just prior to the new Blaze update I performed 7 sync's via the Android and in all environments and  they were immediate, say a few seconds..

After the update I have done 3 syncs on the Android and all within 15 seconds updated and connected showing interactive HR.

Around me is WiFi and 3 active Fitbits in my pocket and no issues...

What is the variable.... ?

@HeydyF I'm still trying to analyse why I'm having a sync issue.

1. Yesterday 7 syncs from my Blaze to my Android were instantaneous, HR active and the PC Dashboard matched the step count. That was in my home environment of multiple Fitbits on my body, WiFi in the house, No WiFi on the Android.

2. Today... Slow sync to the phone in the home environment, nearly 5 minutes. The phone then matched the Blaze but the new step count never reached your server. Last sync 2.5 hours ago. On the phone, Error "Couldn't connect for live data". From Australia it is 11pm Californian time.

3. While this was happening my Fitbit One synced within 70 seconds of walking in the door.

Can we have some dialogue on this because it must help Fitbit consumer?

Edited and added this..

1. Immediately after posting the above information the Fitbit Blaze auto synced to the Windows 7 PC and 1 minute earlier the Fitbit One synced again.

2, I realised the Blaze had synced and tried the Sync on  the Blaze on the Android.. It immediately picked up the PC sync time and then, Error, "Tracker not found"

3. Rebooted the Blaze.

3. Tried sync again, and Error, "Sync error, please try again"

4. Sync again, now Error, "Couln't connect to live data again".

5. All of the time this is happening I'm using the PC Dashboard for my multiple accounts.

Can we have dialoque please.....
