Tracker not connecting

I got a new charge3 a few months ago, so gave my previous tracker to my sister. ShesS not able to connect ot to her samsSam phone. 

The app finds it, you impui the code given by the tracker and then, nothing. 

Any advice?

I have a brand new fitbit charge 3.  I have an Android tablet. Are they compatible?  I can not get them to work.
