Tracker not found for Charge HR

Hello,

I purchased a Fitbit charge HR on Saturday, March 26th, and since then have had continuous problems syncing it to my Samsung Galaxy S4. I have restarted the bluetooth, unpaired the device, uninstalled the Fitbit app, restarted my phone, logged out of the app and also reset my tracker. I am at a complete loss of what to do. Any help or advice would be appreciated!

I would recommend taking a look at this post. It provides useful information that might help to get you back on track. Additionally, if you have a computer, please try to sync your Charge HR to see if it works.
