Tracker not found

Help. My charge Hr has worked fine for 2 weeks. Now the app tells me tracker not found. I have turned tracker and app on and off.

 @Angienosync, thanks for the updates. Hmm...this is very weird. As a last resort you can try to Uninstall and Reinstall the App. What do you see on the screen when you try to sync or setup?

 

If none of those work, please get in contact with our Customer Support team. Man Very Happy

Hi. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. All it says is tracker not found. I have installed the app on my partners phone and it works fine!!!
