I've turned all my location toggles on, gave the app permission everywhere it needed. It still will NOT sync to my samsung note 5.

Please help!!

Thank you

Hello @Vlarsh and welcome to the Community!

Have you tried doing any of the following:

1.)Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

2.) Checking the "List Of Supported Devices" (although this is not a complete list, and should work if you've been able to access the app on your device before)

3.) Turning your Bluetooth on and off

4.) Force closing the app

5.) Making sure the phone is using data instead of WiFi (this is the only way mine will sync and it is a supported device that is not included in the "List Of Supported Devices")

6.) Logging in and out of the app

7.) Restarting your tracker

8.) Charging your tracker

Short of all these steps, have you possibly tried to sync at a time that a lot of other people are syncing?  Fitbit only has so many servers and therefore can't serve everyone at once.  It's kind of like being in a jam-packed room with only one door open and hundreds of people trying to get out that door at the same time.  Try syncing your tracker during off times: after supper, after lunch, after breakfast, mid morning, or mid afternoon.

Let me know how it goes!

A warm welcome to the Community @Vlarsh and @DramaQueenDiva thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if the steps that our friend provide worked for you? I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your tracker should work properly.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
