I have the Charge HR ( no problems), but now i buy the charge 2 and doesn't sync.

Hello @Mima77, thanks for joining us here in the Fitbit Community. Note that despite some devices are not listed as compatible, it wont mean it wont work but we cannot guarantee it will support all the features from the app or the Fitbit trackers.
Our teams are constantly testing devices to make sure the Fitbit app is supported for a wide variety of mobile phones, so we've been eager to get support out as quickly as possible. Although we don't have estimated timeframes of when a device is going to be listed as compatible. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.
In the meantime since your phone was syncing before, it wont hurt to try the following suggestions from this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
