The app isn't opening the tracking review of a workout.

Hi,

I think i am having the same issue, I record a walk or run via the app, it is picking up GPS when I start but when I come to review there is no map or distance data like there used to be?

Hi,

I have the same issue. From last week gps tracking information is unavailable for review in the fitbit app. During exercise gps is available and tracking is visible on the map.

I spent half hr on live chat with customer support this morning (very frustrating speaking to A.I).

They are going to look in to in and get back to me (maybe).

Will post anything i receive from them on here.

It seems like there might be a technical glitch with the app. Try restarting it or checking for updates. If the issue persists, 

consider clearing the app cache or reinstalling it. I’ve always found essay writing to be particularly challenging. This time, I had a tough topic and no idea where to begin.
