Hi @baughhop did you purchase the Fitbit directly through Fitbit.com? You'll need to check with customer service to see what's going on.

Best Answer@baughhop did you purchase the Fitbit directly through Fitbit.com or through another retailer? Some on the forums have ordered from places that were not Fitbit, so that's why I asked. I'll see if a Fitbit Moderator can stop by to address this with you. None of those contact ways work for you? People are at the phones only during their working hours.
Best Answer@baughhopsee what I posted above. Sometimes people purchase a Fitbit thinking they are ordering from Fitbit.com and find out the place is not Fitbit. One person reported they got it from Fitbiti, which was apparently a scam hoping people wouldn't notice the misspelling.
