I just switched phones from IOS to Android. I can't get my Android to accurately track my walks. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Forums @RenaeG.

I'd like to ask some questions to better understand what is going on:

  • How are they not accurate?
  • Are you using GPS or letting your Fitbit track automatically?
  • What Fitbit are you using?

Look forward to your reply so that I can find the best way to move forward.

Let me know if there are any other questions.

I have a charge 2,  my steps and actual stats are recorded but my map to track my walk doesn't show it. I have used it for 2 years on my old phone and can't figure it out on this phone. I try tracking through the fit bit app.
