Trouble syncing Alta with LG Stylo3

I am having trouble syncing my Fitbit Alta to my LG Stylo 3. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Also, I have restarted both my phone and Alta numerous times. The Alta still won't sync. The problem started when I downloaded the Fitbit update.

After checking on it, the LG Stylo3 is not currently a supported device. Because of this the app is not properly optimized to the device and thus any sort of update could cause the syncing to stop working correctly.

Do you have any other device that you could try to use? Perhaps a tablet or a computer? That should let you sync.

Hopefully my phone becomes supported. It is the only way I have access to
the Internet; therefore, I have no other devices to use.

At the moment we do not have any news or updates on it. If you had access to a computer, somewhere, you could use that to sync too.

If you have the time, perhaps you could try to visit one of our Discussion boards. Lots of different topics in there.

Having said that, maybe you could vote or comment on this idea to show your support about adding that phone to the list. Be sure to also read the FAQ if you have any questions on the way that board works.

It doesn't work. My Alta is now in the trash and I don't recommend it to
anyone.

any update on lg stylo 3 becoming compatible with Alta? 

I enjoy the phone more than the fitbit so just wondering if I should switch to another fitness provider. It would be great if you would just admit if it's ever going to be compatible or not, instead of just telling us to check back and see.
