Is anyone else having problems today with your Fitbit device syncing with both the app as well as the website dashboard? It hasn't collected my data since sometime shortly after midnight. I don't want to lose my stats for today. I thought about deleting app and reloading but I was afraid I would lose all data from beginning until now including today's that it hasn't even collected from my watch. I can't even get the website to let me contact support via chat or phone. Is this just a "me" issue or are there others. Any ideas for fixing?? Thanks for any help offered.

@Daydreamer724 your Fitbit can store a week's worth of data. It's okay if you don't sync today. I understand that you probably do want to sync though.
Have you tried restarting your phone? Sometimes that can get things working again. I would try that before deleting and reinstalling the app. Your old data is saved with your account, you won't lose anything by doing that, BTW.
