I've been having same issues on syncing my versa with my app. After doing some playing around, listening to what others say, going to fitbit website, I've found that if you have another device, computer, tablet, phone, etc., with the bluetooth ON, turn off the other devices bluetooth. Then sync your Versa with the app. As soon as I turned off my desktop's bluetooth, my versa synced right away with no issues. There's some issue with having too many bluetooths on. Hope this helps with your syncing issues. It did with mine. 😉
