Two Fitbit Devices Now Not Tracking Total Distance

Furious here. I had a Versa 3 that I dumped for an Inspire 3 because it was only tracking distances I exercised, not total distance. I thought my Versa was dying. Even when I synced the app, it wouldn't update the total distance. Currently I have .3 on my Inspire and 3 miles on the app. 

I've googled and checked all the settings. What am I missing?
