Two Fitbits but just receiving notifications on one

I have two Fitbit Watches and my Blaze Fitbit is getting notifications but Surge Fitbit does not receive any. The Surge is connected and I can use it to change my music channels, count steps, heart rate and etc. but I can't receive notifications of calls and texts messages. Please advise🤔.

Hi @Kluv1972, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? The reason why you're receiving your phone's notifications only on one Fitbit device is because the Bluetooth of your mobile device is connecting to a single device to ensure that you receive your notifications. Connecting 2 Fitbit devices with the same phone can cause connection difficulties due to Bluetooth interference.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Good Evening Ricardo, I pray all is well with you. I thank you for your prompt response. I have a Motorola Moto Z Android and as you can see; both watches are connected to my Bluetooth without any problems (see attached screenshots above). I have tried everything I know to do. I am in love with the idea of being able to have both watches on one account but I need to receive my notifications. It defeats the purpose of having a smartwatch 😔. Please advise.
