On the left is my husband's Nexus 5x and my Pixel 3a is on the right. We both have Fitbit Premium which we got when we purchased our Sense watches in December. I get none of the extra info under my scores that he has (how much is better, etc. than those people my age). It's like this on the Time Asleep section as well. I just get hours asleep and awake and his phone (which is older, BTW) shows that as well as the breakdown info. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, @krob65. This is really interesting. I also don't get insights on mine with premium. I wonder if there's a gender factor? Maybe one of the Fitbit staff can provide some insight.

@MakMak I hope so. It's so odd, especially since my phone is a newer Google model, and both of us having Premium for me to get less information is silly.

@krob65 I'm not sure if there is a huge difference between the Pixel 3 and the 3a or not. The Pixel 3 is on the list of compatible devices. The 3a is not. Here's an experiment to try. You should each log out of your accounts, then log in on the other person's phone. Are the displays the same or different? Do you both have the same version of the Android app? Tap on your profile picture > Help & Support to see.
I also think this an Android app topic, not a Sense topic. It might get more Android users to look at their displays and chime in.
@MakMak I also stopped getting my premium insights some time age. Many were boring and repetitive, but I liked the ones that were very personalized.

Thanks @LZeeW - I'll give switching phones a try out of curiosity. We do have the same version of the app since we updated it when we purchased the new watches. Maybe Google will get on the stick now that they've purchased Fitbit and make all Google phones compatible. 🙂

@LZeeW - UPDATE - I logged in to my husband's phone with my app and he logged in on my Pixel 3a. It's the same thing. I'm getting less info and he gets the more detailed stuff. Both of our phones had the most current version of the app installed. Weird, huh?
