How is it possible that after years of having various app versions and increasing technically advanced fitbits - how is it possible you still dont have a functioning UK food database...

Hello @Penny252.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on the matter.

At this moment it is possible set a UK food database on your account. You can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go into your personal settings on the Web Dashboard.
  2. There, look for the food database.
  3. Click on it and change the setting to UK.
  4. Finally, scroll down and click on the Submit button.

That will set your food log to UK's database.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

I have this set up. What I can't get over is the fact that in all this time you have yet to manage to set it up to accept scanning labels. I have had a fitbit for years and can't believe this is still somethign that has not been addressed. If apps like Myfitnesspal can do it I cannot understand the lack of effort on Fitbits side (Especially as fitbit wont source data from myfitnesspal to compensate).

@Fergalicious you may want to look at using MyFitnessPal to log food. It's food database for the UK is much better than Fitbit's
