Let me help you find that tile.
You should be able to see it if you go into the account settings and then tap on the picture of your Fitbit. Remember that you must have a Fitbit that has the wallet option to be able to get that tile. Check the picture below for reference.

Best AnswerSame here - I have a Sense and I see the Wallet app on the Fitbit device, telling me to set up the Wallet on my device.
But when I go to my device, no Wallet app.
Notes: I am in the UK, both my phone and my app are set up for the UK and I haven't been to other countries with the watch. I distinctly remember having seen the Wallet tile earlier (maybe when I first set up the watch), but now that I'd like to add a card, it's not there.
