I recently purchased Fitbit Versa and trying to sync with my android phone, but every time am getting and following error message "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enabled notifications on your tracker." I have restarted my phone more 10 times but no luck, still seeing same error messsage. Please advise on this. Thanks.

Hello,
I received my Charge 3 a few hours ago and had the same problem. I fixed it by changing the battery saver option for the Fitbit App.
Go to "Settings" > "Installed Apps" > "Fitbit" > "Battery Saver" > change option from "Battery Saver" to "No restrictions".
I also gave the authorization to Fitbit to run at startup by activating the AutoStart option in "Settings" > "Installed Apps" > "Fitbit".
I now receive Call and SMS notifications.
I hope it will work for you too.

@KAVITHA, I’m sorry to say that I do not see your phone listed as a compatible device. This means that Fitbit has not tested it yet. Hopefully another Redmi user will post with their experience. Or you can contact Support. They may have more information.
