I am trying to reset my Fitbit password so that I can log in on a different phone which my Gmail account isn't accessible (Google Pixel 5), however I go to 'forgot password', but no password email reset comes through. I have looked in junk mail and spam, but nothing. Can you please assist. I have an Inspire 3.

Do you log in through your Google account, or a gmail address..
