I am unable to search or scan food items to log them in my fitbit app. I have already force stopped the app and restarted with no resolve. Foods in my recent and frequent lists appear but I'm unable to search for anything new.

Still a problem
I was able to put in my breakfast, then when I go to enter my lunch, it deletes foods I’ve already added. I have entered it a thousand times today and same thing happens. Food keeps getting deleted when I enter a new food item. Very annoying and not helpful when I’ve used this app to lose weight.
Best AnswerSame thing happening to me! Only letting me add one food item then the next one overrides it and deletes it, or it won't let me add anything at all. Restarted, uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache, made sure everything was updated, and nothing. So frustrating
Yeah... I think this is a new issue, but I just started seeing this today. Updated and same thing. Add some food and then another disappears. Like, I can see it disappear.
I’m really starting to hate Fitbit. I miss the “old days” when products were properly beta tested before release. I just want to be able to make sure I eat enough food and vitamins to remain healthy and strong and Fitbit is no longer helping. I’m too skinny and hate the messages telling me to work out more.
Sorry to rant, but I don’t know how to get google to hear me.
This issue is most definitely not fixed! I log my food and some stays there while other parts disappear from the log within seconds. This is getting exhausting!! I have deleted the app. I have restarted my phone. I have done ALL THE THINGS!! Please Just Fix It!
Best AnswerI agree.. I started out with the One and loved its accuracy. I also loved
being able to do input on my computer, which is easier for we than the
tiny smartphone keyboard.
I wish there on alternative.

Best AnswerYes, this appears to be a new issue. Updating the app did not resolve it. It started yesterday (Dec 4); my breakfast items logged okay but nothing after that. This morning, no information is being retained and the macronutrient wheel is grayed out.
