Hi. I have lost the steps icon on my dashboard. .lost when trying to get it to sync. Still won't sync and to add to frustration, can't get step counter back. Only had device less than a week. Not happy 😞

Hello @Jac66, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I believe I have an idea of what could be the reason why you are not able to see the step counter on your Dashboard.
I was reviewing your Community profile and I'm not able to see any tracker paired. So this give me an idea of this cold be the source of the issue. Make sure your tracker is visible in the right upper corner right next to the account tab. (see example below)
If you are not able to see this icon, then proceed to set up your tracker on your account. For more directions the following post will be a great help.
