Since the most recent app update on my Samsung Galaxy A8 (2019), I have been unable to enter the device settings for my Inspire HR. This isn't a syncing issue, as the app detects and syncs the device with no difficulty. Rather, when I select the device to try to change the settings, the screen is blank.

Have you tried stopping the app through the phones settings?
If this fails try removing the app, restart phone, and install a fresh copy of Fitbit.
