Unable to add custom foods - no serving drop down menu -

I'm still not seeing the drop-down arrow for serving sizes in the custom food area @MaCrisGBFitbit.

I STILL cannot add custom foods. Can I please have this issue resolved somehow? It’s getting so that using my Fitbit app is completely pointless. This has been going on for well over a month for me. Please do something!

I've been having this problem for several months.  Probably six or so.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cashe, et cetera. I have given up and just use the add calories bar.  On mine, the dropdown menu shows up but when it comes to hitting the "save custom food" bar, nothing, nada.  It's quite frustrating.  I really wish they would fix this!

Try uninstalling the app and then reinstall it. That solved the problem for
me.

I have had a Fitbit for many years and I’ve been a very loyal customer and unfortunately, you just lost me (and all of the people that I have recommended your products to) as a customer. I went through all the steps you recommended (logging out, uninstalling the app, turning off my phone, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache) and nothing helps. I even tried installing Fitbit on my son‘s iPad to see if that was any different, but it was exactly the same. This has been going on for months now. I am moving over to my fitness pal. It saddens me that the issues with Fitbit have gotten this bad and not been resolved for such long periods of time.

It worked for me. Must be you... switching apps isn't going to hurt them,
no need to announce it. See ya...
